Shit! Fucking Wall balls again. I knew right there before the workout that i would fuck up. Defeated before starting and once again the ball 'ran' away from me. Seems i am too fucking close to the wall when I launch the ball up. Decided t hereafter to redeem myself with some awesome upper body workout. Pumped motherfuckers! Head To Floor HSPU's are not funny at all. Had to end up kipping a few reps toward the end. Heh!
