3-4-5 weeks on, and my knee still feels a little jarring from time to time. Through the beginnning of the run, i felt that i could beat my previous 1.6km run time. However after about 300m, i felt a tweak which tremendously slowed me down and i started to struggle. I'm not sure if it was wise to continue... heh. Fuck!
