I am awesome. Shaved off around 4-5 minutes from my previous Annie although i still feel that i need to workout the timing of the double unders. That knee jarring injury type thing is still hindering my workouts but i guess its not exactly wise to do what i'm doing with it right now. I need to see a specialist about it. Fuck!
