Strength Of The World Is On My Shoulders

1 x 5 Reps @ 25kg
1 x 5 Reps @ 30kg
1 x 5 Reps @ 32.5kg
1 x 5 Reps @ 35kg
1 x 5 Reps @ 40kg
1 x 3 Reps @ 42.5kg
5 x 10 Reps @ 25kg

Rest 2 minutes

15 Minutes AMRAP:
5 Strict Pull Ups
10 Knees To Elbow
15 Head To Floor HSPUS

My knee is aching much harder which is the main reason i decided to skip the lunges as much as i want to work my ass. Gah. I realize now how horrible it feels to be injured albeit a slightly small injury. Its pointless to aggravate it further. Went strength all the way for the shoulders to carry bricks if the ceiling fell on me. Gots to be stronger than death yo!
