30 Double Unders

After the previous days horriblly mental muscle up workout. This short workout session was considered a breeze although that knee tweak is still pissing me off. Double unders rule now although i am still unable to time my jumps properly. fuckerlingam. Either way, i'm glad i'm still here after over 8 months of crossfitting. Pats myself on the back. :D
