Yay! Upperbody stuff. Liked the workout very much. Felt the pump'in feeling although the last few pull ups and and push ups were pretty messed up and screwy. What a way to start the week eh. Someday's i wish i could just dedicate my life to fitness but then who would pay mah bills eh!
