The monstrous Keangston Sam's final workout in Pushmore until her returns in December and he decided to create his own workout. Being a sucker for monster workouts, I promised the bitch that i'd do it and while I pussied out on the Rx'ed weight, it felt quite mental through the second round because of the stuff I had to keep remembering. Still i enjoyed every single bit of sweat dropped and it gave me a chance to practice my double unders! Yay 4 me!
