In 5 Mins, do as many rounds as possible of:

Turkish Get Ups (TGU)

Then,

Five Rounds for time of:
10 Deadlifts @ 70kg/50kg
10 Burpees

My turkish get ups are still quite the holeeeble and my core is not strong enough for my liking. I loved the deadlift + burpee combo. Short sweet and max balls out workout. I like!
