Shoulders and legs were aching but managed to pull through. The 28kg seems easier to swing considering its the 2nd time I'm using it. Maybe i'll try a 32kg in a few months. Heh Heh. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do a power pack 2nd WOD as i arrived only at 9pm dude to work....
