Compared to the previous time i did the WOD, i shaved of only 10 seconds from it but I realized only in the third round that i was suppsoed to do 12 HSPU's and not 21 HSPU's. Idiot. My body is still feeling the effects of 3 Types Of Pull Ups and the aches are everywhere; bicep, forearms, delts, shoulder. Geeze!
