First time doing weighted pull ups. Form wasn't good after the second round. Didn't feel my shoulders and now i don't feel my biceps anymore. Kiasu'ness setting in with such bad time, stress! Emo! Quitband!

Tomorrow is gonna be my rest day and hopefully Friday will be a day of a great workout and good form.
