As expected pull-ups raped me viciously. The best part of the whole excercise was during the 3rd round when the mind just goes in sudden paranoia from the workout that there were going to be another 5 rounds after that! Fun stuff. Short, sweet and one to bring home before a good rest and sinful consumption day!
