WOD 070709

50-35-20 reps for time of:
Pull Ups
Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg (M), 16kg (F)

Shoulders and forearms were aching from the previous WOD + pull ups. Took quite a few too many rests through the whole workout which resulted in a the over the half hour mark of the workout which I try to not hit for each workout.
