15 Push Jerks @40kg/30kg
30 Pull Ups
10 Push Jerks
20 Pull Ups
5 Push Jerks
10 Pull Ups

This was a good and quick workout. Considering that i' came in only at 9pm due to work. I tried to push my limits. My pull ups still need a lot of work and practice, especially on the muscle undurance part. I am unable to go above 20 pull ups after the first round which sucks. Still it could be due to the lack of rest?
